This Compendium of innovative practices complements the report of the 2023 BILT Expert Group Green and digital skills for hospitality and tourism: from industry trends to competencies within TVET. Through extensive research and collective efforts, the BILT Expert Group has identified ten exemplary practices related to the identification, integration and implementation of new green and digital competencies in the hospitality and tourism industry, which address macro-, meso- and micro-level TVET stakeholders. These initiatives and programmes are presented to the international audience with a strong belief in the benefits of policy and peer learning in TVET to drive transformative change. |
